What kind of PIE would you put in here?

Can you imagine opening it up to a nice slice of your favorite pie.

I think I would like it to have Pumpkin pie, or Chocolate pie or even Pecan pie.

Missing my Mom's homemade pie, too bad Idaho is too far away.
